Technical Project Manager

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bridge business expectations and engineering realities to deliver complex digital projects with precision.

You'll translate business requirements into technical direction, lead project planning, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure every delivery meets its business objectives and technical standards.

Working with our international teams, developers, architects, and stakeholders, you'll stay close to the technology while keeping priorities, risks, and execution firmly under control.

• Translate business into engineering. Gather stakeholder requirements and turn them into clear technical specifications and actionable deliverables.
• Own the delivery roadmap. Define project plans, prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and align execution with business objectives.
• Validate technical feasibility. Collaborate with developers and architects to evaluate proposed solutions, technical constraints, and implementation approaches.
• Make documentation count. Create and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, API specifications, and integration guidelines.
• Lead with visibility. Own project planning, monitor delivery progress, track milestones, and provide clear, actionable status reports.
• Stay ahead of risks. Organize and facilitate project meetings, resolve blockers, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Protect delivery quality. Conduct end-to-end testing, validate deliverables, analyze logs, and perform cross-platform checks to ensure requirements are met.
• Bring discipline to execution. Apply internal project management methodologies, tools, documentation practices, and reporting standards consistently.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, ideally within telecom, digital services, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong technical fluency, with a solid understanding of APIs, XML, JSON, databases, and system integrations.
• Project management expertise, including proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, and methodologies or frameworks such as PMP, Scrum, and Agile.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage technical teams and business stakeholders confidently.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the judgment to evaluate risks, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
• Independent and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple projects while remaining proactive, structured, and results-focused.
• A collaborative leadership style, combining strong interpersonal skills, empathy, teamwork, and clear communication.
• Comfort across borders, working effectively with multicultural teams and in remote collaboration environments.
