Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and evolution of new and existing digital products.

You'll work across the complete product lifecycle, from market research, product-market fit, and pricing to roadmap planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement.

Working alongside Engineering, Design, QA, and Marketing, you'll turn business opportunities into products that deliver measurable value.

Your responsibility isn't just getting products shipped. It's making them successful.

• Own the product lifecycle. Lead new and existing products from ideation and validation through development, launch, optimization, and enhancement.
• Find market opportunities. Research industry trends, understand customer needs, evaluate business potential, and identify product-market fit.
• Shape product strategy. Define product requirements, features, roadmaps, pricing, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Drive product execution. Manage feature planning, prioritization, documentation, and continuous improvements.
• Connect the teams. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Keep delivery on track. Align requirements, timelines, dependencies, and priorities while resolving product-related challenges.
• Optimize AI-powered products. Manage AI API integrations, token consumption, usage efficiency, performance, and associated costs.
• Measure what matters. Track product KPIs, user feedback, and business performance to inform decisions and improvements.
• Bring products to market. Support launches and work with relevant teams on go-to-market planning and execution.

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong product fundamentals, with a clear understanding of digital product development, lifecycle management, and feature prioritization.
• Sharp analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Cross-functional experience, working with technical and business teams using Jira, Notion, or similar tools.
• An ownership mindset, with the ability to manage multiple products, make informed decisions, and navigate competing priorities independently.
