We're looking for a Graphics Designer who can turn ideas into distinctive visuals and bring consistency, clarity, and character to every brand interaction.

You'll shape how Nagorik shows up across websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and digital communications.

From scroll-stopping social content to sophisticated brand presentations, you'll create work that doesn't just look impressive. It communicates with purpose.

• Design for digital impact. Create compelling website banners, landing page graphics, and digital creatives that strengthen our brand presence.
• Make every scroll count. Produce engaging social media posts, stories, reels covers, and advertising creatives tailored to different platforms.
• Bring stories to life. Design marketing materials, brochures, infographics, and presentations that communicate complex ideas with clarity.
• Protect the brand. Maintain a distinctive, consistent visual identity across campaigns, channels, and creative assets.
• Create together. Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute impactful campaigns.
• Keep pushing the craft. Explore emerging design trends, creative tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality.

• 2 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally creating visuals for digital brands.
• Strong command of creative tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Canva Pro.
• A portfolio that proves your craft, particularly in website graphics, social media creatives, and digital campaigns.
• Sharp visual fundamentals, with a strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• A brand-first mindset, with an understanding of modern design trends and visual consistency.
• Reliable creative execution, with the ability to manage multiple projects, respond to feedback, and deliver quality work on time.
