We're an AI-native enterprise software engineering company with 200+ in-house engineers, a dedicated R&D lab, and a product-owner mindset. We build and evolve complex digital products, platforms, and technology solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
Behind every successful product is a business that knows how to execute, grow, and deliver.
That's where you come in.
About the Role
Three disciplines. Real responsibility. One opportunity to find your edge.
We're looking for a motivated, analytical, and adaptable Business Operations & Growth Specialist to work at the intersection of technology, business execution, and commercial growth.
This cross-functional position provides hands-on exposure to three core business functions:
- Digital Product & Operations: Keep products, services, and business processes running effectively.
- Performance Marketing: Turn market insights, campaigns, and performance data into growth.
- Key Account Management: Build stronger relationships and keep clients, partners, and internal teams aligned.
During your probation period, you'll work across these functions, gaining practical experience in product operations, customer acquisition, campaign performance, partner coordination, client management, reporting, and day-to-day business execution.
After successfully completing probation, you'll be assigned to a specific role based on your performance, demonstrated skills, aptitude, ownership, and business requirements.
This is an opportunity to discover where your strengths create the most value and build meaningful expertise from there.
